Samantha Johnson, April 18, 2024 Last year, the number of registered road vehicles in Croatia reached 2,554,524, representing a four percent increase from 2022. Of these vehicles, 1,910,131 were passenger vehicles and saw a 3.8 percent growth from the previous year. Additionally, there were 190,063 first-time registrations in total, which marked a significant increase of 28.6 percent compared to 2022. The growth in first registrations was particularly notable for motorcycles and trucks. There was an increase of 12,003 units or 42.3 percent for motorcycles and a rise of 36.6 percent for trucks with a total of 221,006 trucks on the roads by the end of the year. Road tractors also experienced a significant increase in first-time registrations with an additional 7,483 tractors registered to bring the total number to 148,080 agricultural tractors recorded last year in Croatia.
